- Supporting infrastructure: phantom devices, e-learning, advanced laboratories and clinics, network of partner hospitals in the region.
Teaching methods and practice
- Classes conducted in the form of lectures, seminars, laboratories, clinical practices and intensive simulations.
- CSM enables a “hospital in a nutshell” – from working with an artificial patient to interactions with patient-actors, which translates into real rescue, diagnostic and communication scenarios.
The Faculty of Medical Sciences in Zabrze, with a rich tradition since 1948, is one of the leading units of the Medical University of Silesia. Thanks to the modern CSM, an extensive didactic and clinical base and very good staff, it prepares doctors comprehensively – both in terms of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and soft skills.
