We cordially invite 5-person teams to take part in the next edition of the Simulation Competition “SUM WARS 2025”, which will take place on April 3, 2025 at the Education and Medical Simulation Centre of the Medical University of Silesia in Katowice-Ligota. (link to the Competition Regulations)
If more than 5 teams apply, eliminations will be held on March 7, 2025 (Medical Simulation Centre in Zabrze, Plac Dworcowy 3, Zabrze).
The competition will consist of competition between teams of students based on clinical simulation scenarios using modern medical simulators.
The team that takes first place will represent the University in the National Medical Simulation Competition Sim Challenge 2025, which will take place at:
SUM Education and Medical Simulation Centre in Katowice-Ligota.
Time and place of eliminations: March 7, 2025, SUM Medical Simulation Center in Zabrze,
PL. Dworcowy 3. Start time 9:00.
Time and place of the finals: April 3, 2025, SUM Medical Simulation and Education Center,
Katowice – Ligota, ul. Medyków 8b. Start time 10:00.
Important dates:
- Competition applications – until 17.01.2025 inclusive.
- Competition eliminations – 07.03.2025 from 09:00 (CSM Zabrze).
- Competition finals – 03.04.2025 from 10:00 (CDiSM Katowice-Ligota).
